1. Bookings
Appointments and masterclass seats booked through Vivicurls are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee a final slot until you receive confirmation from the studio.
2. Arrival & late policy
Please arrive on time. Appointments may be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive late, so other clients are not delayed.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Notify the studio as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
4. Pricing & services
Prices shown on the site are estimates in CAD and may vary based on hair length, density, style complexity, and add-ons discussed before or during your appointment.
5. Masterclass
Masterclass registrations are limited. Fees, dates, and class details are confirmed separately. Spots are held only after registration is accepted by Vivicurls.
6. Results & aftercare
Final results depend on hair type, starting condition, and aftercare. Follow the care guidance provided to help your style last.
